About the role 📝
We are looking for an independent and result-oriented Account Executive for Banks. As we have built a business case where we can partner up with banks for increased revenue and distribution of the Gimi app we have identified a big need of onboarding a sales person with experience in the field.
Signing and delivering bank partnerships is now a key strategic objective for Gimi and main driver in yearly revenues as well as expansion plans. You’ll be managing the sales cycle end-to-end, from identifying prospects, leading meetings, running demos and closing customers. Key to this role will be developing and maintaining amazing relationships with your prospects.
Lead market, bank and other relevant research to establish leads and potential partnerships
Lead and develop sales plans, including processes, material and business cases
Establish contacts and create leads together with the sales organisation (this includes cold calling - you have to be a hunter!)
Front person and project manager in all sales discussions, presentations and the production of bank specific sales material
Close deals - by leveraging other departments of Gimi such as CEO, legal and other departments (you'll have to own the whole cycle and bring in your clients!)
What you'll bring (Qualifications) 💪
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within B2B sales
Strong understanding of sales cycles, networking and closing deals
Strong speaker, writer, presenter
Fluent in English
Strong in writing and building business cases (strategic skills)
Experience with Keynote (or similar), Excel and other tools for presenting
Nice to haves
Relevant experience from the banking industry (working with or in banks)
Start-up or background within the ed-tech industry
Market expansions with similar cases
Network within the banking industry
Fluent in other languages such as German, French, Italian is a great plus!
Competitive compensation (salary + commission)
