Product Owner
Hands-on PO needed. Translate vision into roadmaps, facilitate Agile rituals, and drive delivery for our Mobile & Fintech teams.
About the Role
We are scaling our development organization by separating core banking development from the customer-facing development, to become the App Team (Customer-Facing Features) and the Banking Platform Team (Core Banking Backend).
We are looking for a Product Owner who loves the "how" as much as the "what." Reporting to the CPTO, you will take our high-level strategic goals and turn them into reality. You aren't just writing tickets; you are defining the path to our outcomes. You will facilitate the team's daily work, remove obstacles, and ensure our development pipeline is humming.
This is a unique opportunity to work with the foundational delivery processes for our two new teams, maximizing the value derived from our development investment and setting the standard for all future Product Owners within the company.

What You Will Own & Drive (High-Impact Responsibilities)
You are the singular point of accountability for the prioritization and delivery of work across both specialized development teams.
Tactical Roadmap & Prioritization: The CPTO defines the destination (product vision and yearly outcomes); you define the route. Together with the team, you will build and maintain a rolling roadmap that balances new features, tech debt, and partner commitments.
Team Enablement (Agile Lead): You are hands-on with the team. You facilitate retro, planning, and stand-ups with a focus on improving velocity and team happiness.
Outcome-Based Delivery: We don't measure success by features released, but by value delivered. You work with the team to ensure every sprint moves the needle on our key metrics.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Product Lifecycle Execution: You can take a high-level outcome (from the CPTO) and drive it through discovery, roadmap definition, and delivery. You focus on shipping value, not just tickets.
Hands-on Agile Facilitation: You actively run ceremonies (Stand-ups, Retro, Planning) and manage the backlog to keep the team unblocked and focused.
3+ Years Experience: Proven track record as a PO for cross-functional software teams, effectively managing dependencies between Mobile and Backend.
Nice to Have / Bonus Points
Experience designing for Youth/Teens: You have built products for younger audiences and understand the unique UX and safety challenges.
Domain Aptitude: Familiarity with financial/banking technology and B2B partnership dynamics.
