Freelance Growth Marketing Specialist (Part-time, 3–6 months)
We usually respond within two weeks
At Gimi, we believe every child should have the opportunity to develop Financial Superskills through hands-on experience with their own money.
Today, millions of families can access Gimi through our banking partners across Europe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Freelance Growth Marketing Specialist to help us define the growth potential of Gimi's own B2C channels.
This is a time-limited engagement (3–6 months) with a clear objective: to understand how much incremental growth Gimi can create through its own channels, how far they can scale, and how they can complement our current distribution.
You'll work directly with our Chief Partnership Officer to design, execute and evaluate growth experiments that help us identify scalable growth opportunities and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth capabilities.
About the engagement
Freelance / Fractional, approximately 2–3 days per week
3–6 month engagement, with possibility to extend
Hybrid, Stockholm preferred

Who you are
You're a creative, hands-on growth marketer who enjoys building things from scratch.
You probably:
Take ideas all the way from concept to execution yourself.
Enjoy combining creativity with data to solve growth challenges.
Thrive in fast-moving environments where learning matters more than perfection.
Experience
You'll likely have 5+ years of experience from one or more of the following:
Growth or Performance Marketing
Consumer apps or digital products
Paid Social, experimentation or creative production
Experience working in a B2B2C business model is a strong bonus.
What success looks like
Over the next 3–6 months, you'll help Gimi define the growth potential of our own B2C channels and understand how they can complement our current distribution.
By the end of the engagement, you will have helped us:
Scale our existing growth engine and establish its realistic long-term potential.
Validate at least one additional repeatable growth channel that complements our current distribution.
Turned experiments and learnings into playbooks, assets and recommendations
Ultimately, your work should provide Gimi with the evidence needed to decide how we should continue investing in Growth going forward.
Why join Gimi?
You'll work directly with our Chief Partnership Officer on one of Gimi's most strategic priorities.
This is an opportunity to build, test and shape the future of Growth at Gimi - working across strategy, creativity and execution, with the freedom to take ideas all the way from concept to measurable impact.
If you enjoy building things from scratch, moving quickly and solving growth challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Recruitment process
Applications will be reviewed starting in August.
Our preferred start date is late August or early September, but we're happy to discuss the right timing with the right candidate.
