Do you want to help shape the future of financial education and have an impact on millions of children worldwide? Do you thrive in building strong relationships and driving partnerships to success? Gimi is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to manage our key relationships with banks across Northern Europe and help us bring financial superskills to the next generation.
Our bank partnership business is growing with more than three new banks in the past 12m, including leading bank deals in the Nordic region. Therefore, we need a new person to help succeed and grow these partnerships!

Our award-winning app combines practical money management tools with digital lessons, grounded in cutting-edge educational research. As a small but growing startup, we are working towards educating 10 million children about personal finance, and in our own way, revolutionizing the traditional banking industry.
Your Role
As our Partnership Manager Northern Europe, you will play a key role in driving the success of our partnerships with banks. You will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partner banks, serving as their go-to contact, ensuring satisfaction, and proactively resolving any challenges.
- Onboard new partners by guiding them through pilot projects and ensuring a seamless implementation of Gimi's solutions.
- Develop and grow existing partnerships, tracking performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and addressing challenges head-on.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our partnership activities align with our organizational goals and drive mutual success.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a mix of skills and experience that includes:
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen to understand the strategic value for our partnership banks.
- Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and present findings in a compelling and impactful way
- Project management skills to oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- 5+ years of experience managing high-value accounts (€100K+), particularly within fintech, banking, or payments industries.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
